What motivates you ?
Success motivates me, I want to be successful, i want to inspire younger gymnasts.
I do not like failing with anything.
What does your training schedule look like ?
I train 5 days a week, every week !
Most days I train twice a day, coming out of school to train too.
I’m currently training about 30 hours a week
What is your golden rule then it comes to fitness ?
Plenty of food whilst maintaining a good diet & to keep going when I feel like stopping.
What’s your proudest sporting moment ?
Getting to bronze medal at the British championships all round in 2016
& being in the GB senior squad.
Were is the coolest place that your sport has taken you ?
These are so difficult to chose between !
Going to Canada & Switzerland to represent team Gb
Going to Elstree studios & performing on BBC’s tumble.
What are your best & worst habits when it comes to your sport ?
Best – Erm……… my stubbornness!
If my coach sets me a challenge or a bet, I’ll nail it every time !
Erm………. messing with my hair & my handguards whilst getting myself in the zone !
