What motivates you?
I’m really competitive so any element of competition or challenge will make me more determined, even if the challenge is only really against myself.
What does your training schedule look like?
5 days a week, every evening after work The Box (gym) is like my home from home.
What is your golden rule when it comes to fitness?
Never miss a Monday!
Where’s the coolest place your sport has taken you?
Tribal, a big cross fit event that takes place on the beach
What’s your proudest sporting achievement?
Being selected for the team at Tribal.
What are your best and worst habits when it comes to your sport?
My worst habit is being too competitive, especially with myself, I’ve had to delete the biking app from my phone as I was constantly setting myself targets and trying to beat my previous ride, it got a bit out of hand.
My best trait, I think, is being able to accept when things are not going well and walk away without getting hung up on it.
Which app could you not live without?
Who was your childhood hero?
I can’t think of ONE but I’d say I looked up to all professional athletes competing at the top of their game.
