It is always best to apply the Tubular Bandage in a double layer. It is often used as a bottom layer when applying plaster casts or removable splints.
You should place Tubular Bandage from the joint below to the joint above the injury. For example, if the injury is to the elbow you would place the bandage from the wrist to the shoulder.
